Important: To contact VDC Staff for normal EDW support and/or questions about queries, send an email to support@vdcmembers.org. For situations where the EDW reports "service not available" errors on the login page AND there is not a timely response from support@vdcmembers.org, call the DOE Helpdesk at (802) 828-3777. Please do not call this number for routine EDW support questions, as they can only help with issues when the EDW server is down. Directions to Our Office/Training Space from I-89

Get off the interstate at the Montpelier exit (Exit 8). Continue on Memorial Drive (Route 2) until the 4th stop light. Take a left onto Main Street. Continue on Main Street through the stop light until you reach a rotary. Take the first right off the rotary (still Main Street) continue up the hill.

VDC/LAPDA/Vermont Reads is located towards the top of the hill in the grey building on the left as you go around a sharp left bend. Turn in the driveway immediately after the bend and you will see the entrance on the back of the building. Our building is often referred to as "the old NECI building".
